At STARGATE we listen, to you. And, we design and engineer based upon SAFETY, ways to CONTAIN MAINTENANCE COSTS, INCREASE STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY, INCREASE YOUR PROFITS and provide a trailer that will provide MAXIMUM PERFORMANCE under the most rigorous conditions FOR YEARS.

IT IS WITHIN THE DETAIL, THAT WHICH IS NOT THOUGHT OF THAT SEPARATES STARGATE FROM THE REST OF THE MANUFACTURERS.
Hoist Pin 03

STARGATE hoists are installed with the pin full width through the two main beams to enhance the structural integrity and strength of the mounting; and, to provide easy access for maintenance.

STARGATE uses stainless steel for all mounting hardware of the man door, hoist access door, catwalk, landing gear, suspension, mud flaps, tanks, tarps as well as the lock bar, bearing block and lock rod for the grain chutes; and, assemblies for the winder / compression locks and manual locking mechanisms – to eliminate painting, improve wear, prevent rust, reduce maintenance and provide added value and image to your trailer.

STARGATE offers galvanized suspension hangers, coupler assemblies, dump hinges and landing gear as a preventative maintenance measure to protect against electrolysis, winter weather deterrents, rust and enhances longevity.  In addition, STARGATE is standard using stainless steel as the “protector” where mounting the hangers.

STARGATE uses high density T1 steel, for additional strength, on all trailers with steel beams; and 6061 T6 for all aluminum beams.

Man Door

STARGATE offers a bulkhead man door for both the dump and transfer trailers as a safety entry / exit of the box for the driver.
